This Trust, Safety & Community Standards document applies to all users of the Fixzo Platform, including Providers, Service Seekers, and community partners where applicable.
1.PURPOSE
Fixzo is committed to building a trusted marketplace where individuals can safely connect to offer and obtain everyday services. These Trust, Safety & Community Standards describe the expectations, responsibilities, and safeguards that support a respectful, transparent, and reliable experience for everyone using the Platform.
2.SCOPE
This document applies to all users of the Fixzo Platform, including Providers, Service Seekers, guests, visitors, and organizations participating in community partnership programs.
3.MARKETPLACE MODEL
Fixzo is a technology platform that facilitates connections, communication, booking, payment processing, and related marketplace functionality between independent Providers and Service Seekers. Providers operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide. Nothing in this document creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Fixzo and any Provider.

5.PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Providers are expected to:
- Provide accurate profile information.
- Deliver services professionally and safely.
- Communicate respectfully.
- Comply with applicable laws.
- Obtain and maintain any licences, permits, certifications, qualifications, or insurance that may be appropriate or legally required for the services they choose to offer.
- Honour confirmed bookings whenever reasonably possible.
6.SERVICE SEEKER RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Seekers are expected to:
- Provide accurate service requests.
- Treat Providers respectfully.
- Pay through the Platform.
- Respect agreed schedules.
- Leave honest and fair reviews.
- Report unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
7.IDENTITY & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
Fixzo may require identity verification to help maintain trust within the Platform. Fake identities, impersonation, fraudulent accounts, or misleading profile information may result in account suspension or termination.
8.PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Fixzo is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information is collected and used only as necessary to operate the Platform, process bookings and payments, provide customer support, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

9.SAFE MARKETPLACE PRACTICES
Users should communicate respectfully, complete payments through the Platform, avoid sharing unnecessary personal information, report suspicious activity, and never engage in illegal, unsafe, or discriminatory conduct.
10.PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Provider payouts are issued in accordance with Fixzo’s payment policies. Platform Service Fees and Success Fees are disclosed within the Platform.
11.REVIEWS & RATINGS
Reviews should be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experiences. Fixzo may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or otherwise violate Platform policies.
12.REPORTING CONCERNS
Users are encouraged to report fraud, harassment, discrimination, scams, unsafe conduct, fake profiles, or other violations through Fixzo’s reporting channels.
13.DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Where disputes arise, Fixzo may review available information, facilitate communication between users, and take appropriate action under its Terms of Service. Fixzo does not guarantee any particular outcome.
14.ENFORCEMENT
Fixzo may issue warnings, remove listings or reviews, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel bookings, or take other appropriate action where Platform policies are violated or user safety is compromised.
15.COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Fixzo may collaborate with community organizations to expand economic opportunities. Promotional pricing, fee waivers, training initiatives, or other benefits may be offered through such programs at Fixzo’s discretion.
16.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Fixzo continually reviews its policies, platform features, and safety measures to improve user experience, strengthen trust, and support a responsible marketplace.
